About the event
Historical Fiction Writing
Turn your love of history into compelling fiction in this four-week course with award-winning novelist Jillian Forsberg. Whether you’re just starting or revising a draft, you’ll learn to research effectively, write authentic scenes, and shape a story readers and publishers will love. Each week covers key steps—from research, concept and drafting to structure, editing, and next steps for publication. Perfect for aspiring historical fiction writers ready to bring the past to life. For students who attended last semester, we will be expanding on the first set of classes.
Instructor: Jillian Forsberg, Historical Novelist
